Looking for work? We work directly with companies to fill their hiring needs including everything from specialists to project teams, contract to full-time services, or vacation leave to job placement. Here are a few questions consultants ask us:

Do you charge me anything?

You do not pay initiation or finder fees.The companies who hire you pay us to hire you.

Do I have to accept every job you find me?

Nope. How much you work is up to you.

Can I can I continue my consulting even though I'm working for you?

Yes.

How long are assignments?

Days, weeks, or years, depending on the work order we receive.

How often do I get paid for contract work?

SQLSOFT+ Consulting Group pay dates are bi-monthly on the 1st and 15th (delivered on Friday or Monday, if the 1st or 15th falls on the weekend).

What if I don't like an assignment I've started?

Circumstances do come up. In that case, we will work with you and the company to find a mutually beneficial solution.

When I accept an assignment, who am I working for?

You are working for SQLSoft+ Consulting Group and we will handle all pay, benefits, pay and raise negotiations, as well as performance reviews.

Can I accept full-time work if I am on a SQLSoft+ Consulting Group assignment?

Yes! We all benefit from this when it happens and will help you transition from consultant to employee at your new job.
